Instructor Led: Basic Navigation for CES for Families
HMIS 100 - Families

In this in-class, hands-on HMIS Training, you can expect to learn how to:

  1. Navigate and efficiently enter data in HMIS
  2. Manage and track participants in HMIS; and,
  3. Manage program enrollments and services

 

Course Overview:

  • Search & Add Participant Details
  • Upload Files (Profile picture, Identification documents, etc.)
  • Complete the Pre-Screening Tool
  • Enter a VI-FSDAT, Homeless Prevention Tool
  • Enroll a Family into a Program
  • Provide Services to a Family

 

This Training is for Providers who work through FSC-linked Family programs.

Inform the instructor if your program is:

Crisis and/or Bridge Housing, Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), or using Swipe Card
