Policies surrounding your user account

It is important to use your LAHSA account in order for it to stay active.  Below are a few policies surrounding your user account.

Inactive Status

If your user account does not have activity in more than one year, it will remain open but will be flagged as "inactive."  This status only serves to inform your Org Administrators to review your account.

Automatic CLosure

Users without activity for more than two years will be closed automatically by the system.  Users will recieve a 30 days notice before such closure.
