I am having difficulty with LA-HOP, who should I contact?
First, contact your Team Lead. If they are having difficulty, you all can reach out to the Outreach Coordinator for your SPA for more assistance.
I was given a request that seems unfit for the work I do (dangerous, more appropriate for 911, area you do not work in, etc). What do I do?
If you do not feel like the request was appropriate for outreach, let your Team Lead know so that they can deny the request and write a quick note. Once that happens, it will be automatically flagged for the Outreach Coordinators to review and assign the appropriate team or close the request.
