Creating a LAHSA Account

Tips on how to create a LAHSA/MyOrg account


Description

A user account is necessary to do various functions with LAHSA on behalf of your organization. We've streamlined the process to opening an account, beginning with just your name and work email.

Work Email

A work email is necessary in order to find your organization. A large majority of our organizations have setup email domains to prevent unauthorized users from creating accounts under their organization.

Steps

  1. Click on the Sign In button in the upper right hand corner
  2. Click on Create Account
  3. Enter your full name and work email
    1. If your organization is found using your work email, you will be sent a confirmation code (proceed to step 4)
    2. If more than one organization is found, select your organization. You will be sent a confirmation code (proceed to step 4)
  4. Enter the confirmation code
  5. Complete the new user form

Troubleshooting

  • If you know that your organzation is setup with LAHSA, try checking your email address and make sure it's one from the approved email domain(s) for that organization.
  • If all else fails, contact web support
