How do I file a grievance?
Start with your Service Provider
You must first file a grievance with your service provider, and you must complete their entire process.
Give it some time
After filing your grievance with your provider, they must contact you within 3 business days.
If no answer
If your service provider does not complete the grievance process with you, please contact us.
