Effective immediately, SCE will suspend disconnections for non-payment
Flexible Payment Plans to Impacted Customer
Customers with past due amounts will be given up to 6 months payment arrangements.

Offering payment plans and suspending all utility shutoffs for March
AT&T
On March 13, 2020, AT&T announced it is suspending broadband usage caps for home internet customers. That means
no overage fees
while people are home using more data.
AT&T is Keeping public Wi-Fi hotspots open for anyone who needs them.
Continuing to offer internet access for qualifying
limited-income households at $10/month
through our Access from AT&T program.
Will not terminate service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer due to an inability to pay their bill as a result of the coronavirus pandemic – and we’re waiving late payment fees for those customers.
