Interested entities who would like to make available their real estate resources to LAHSA may contact LAHSA's Community Assets Unit. No property referred is guaranteed occupancy of a LAHSA funded program. Instead, the Community Assets Unit will view the property, determine the property’s feasibility, and assist the owner by connecting them to appropriate providers, certified under LAHSA’s RFSQ process. LAHSA understands the importance of securing real estate partners and will conduct our due diligence to develop mutually beneficial arrangements working to end homelessness in Los Angeles. If you have any questions or would like to refer your property, please email email@example.com.
