Request for Training Provider Qualifications - Centralized Training Academy

Through this solicitation, LAHSA is seeking to strengthen the Coordinated Entry System (CES) through the provision of training and technical assistance (TA) for community-based organizations to support the implementation of County of Los Angeles Homeless Initiative Strategy E7. This solicitation will create a list (“Academy”) of certified training vendors who are pre-qualified to support the professional development of the homeless services industry through training. No funding is awarded through this Request for Training Provider Qualifications - Centralized Training Academy (RTQ CTA).

 

2023 Shallow Subsidy for Time Limited Subsidies and Prevention (SS-TLS & SS-PR) and Home Safe ​Consolidated RFP

LAHSA is releasing this Consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP) to accomplish the following objectives:​

  1. Shallow Subsidy: ​This RFP seeks to fund services that will assist low-income families, individuals, and Transition Age Youth (TAY) who have previously utilized Time Limited Subsidy assistance or seniors 55 years and older who previously utilized homeless prevention assistance but remain rent burdened. ​
  2. Home Safe: This RFP seeks to fund services that cover the entire County of Los Angeles to increase and expand the inventory of qualified agencies providing Home Safe services to older adults who have been identified by Adult Protective Services (APS) as needing homeless assistance or prevention services.   ​
