LAHSA’s Data Quality Monitoring Plan (DQMP) ensures HMIS data is accurate, reliable, and actionable so providers and policymakers can understand needs, track progress, and improve outcomes. The DQMP sets clear principles, standards, and processes for consistent data stewardship and continuous improvement across the data lifecycle. High-quality data also strengthens system-wide decisions across Los Angeles County by helping us:

• Allocate funding appropriately
• Evaluate program performance
• Meet local and federal reporting requirements

Management View on LAHSA's Leadership Dashboard Now Available: 

The Management View is a new tab within LAHSA's existing Leadership Data Quality Dashboard in Tableau. Designed for agency leadership, supervisors, and managers, this new view provides enhanced visibility into staff-level data quality performance, enabling managers to identify trends, proactively address data quality issues, support ongoing staff coaching, and strengthen operational oversight.

Users can filter data by agency and program, monitor High Priority and General Errors, and drill down into impacted records and data elements. The Management View empowers agencies to strengthen data quality practices, improve performance related to LAHSA's Data Quality Monitoring Plan (DQMP), and promote accountability across teams.
