As the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), Department of Health Services (DHS), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), and Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) reach a year of collaborating through Housing Central Command (HCC), we would like to reflect on areas for continued growth and improvement. In order to determine how the group should move forward, we are seeking insight from case managers who are carrying out the vital work of assisting our clients/participants in getting housed.
