What is 211?

211 is the County information and referral line. When you call, you and your family can be referred to the closest Family Solutions Center (FSC). FSC staff works to place families in programs located within their communities.

Families can also be referred directly to the FSC through a partnered homeless shelter.

LAHSA's Emergency Response Team offers:

  1. Direct emergency services and transportation.
  2. Referrals to shelter for homeless families, adults, and youth.
