Intensive Case Management Services Flyer
Looking to join the movement to end homelessness in Los Angeles County?
Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) positions are available to be filled with non-profit service providers contracted with the Department of Health Services. Providers are looking for caring, and compassionate people who have backgrounds in human services have experienced homelessness, or have other relevant skills to provide intensive case management services for people experiencing homelessness.

What is ICMS?
Agencies that are contracted with the DHS to provide Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) in interim and permanent housing settings. ICMS teams employ a “whatever it takes” approach by using harm reduction and housing first methodologies to achieve client success.
Additional ICMS program benefits may include:
Training: on-going cohort style training
and professional development opportunities offered through The Centralized Training Academy, a countywide homeless service training, and educational resource.
Mentorship: new hires may be matched with experienced ICMS case managers who can provide guidance and on-the-job training support.
