Supportive Housing Program (SHP)

The Supportive Housing Program is designed to develop supportive housing and services that will allow homeless persons to live as independently as possible.

2006 SHP Tech Submission form

The Technical Submission form is used by organizations that submitted applications for Supportive Housing Programs (SHP) projects in response to the Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
