SuperNOFA Supportive Housing Program (SHP) Request for Proposals


In response to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s release of the Super Notice of Funding Availability (SuperNOFA) for Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) annually announces the release of the Supportive Housing Program (SHP) Request for Proposals (RFP).

The purpose of the Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs is to fund projects that will continue to fill gaps or meet ongoing service demands in the locally developed Continuum of Care systems to assist homeless persons to move to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Eligible components to be funded by the Supportive Housing Program include: Permanent Housing, Transitional Housing for Persons with Disabilities, Safe Havens, Supportive Services and Innovative Supportive Housing.
