Program Description:
The project provides 15 transitional shelter beds and supportive services for homeless families (substance abuse/ dually-diagnosed), including those with children ages 17 or younger.  The project will serve all ethnicities but will target the monolingual, Spanish-speaking Latino population of East L.A.
