Program Description:
Transitional Housing and Supportive services for youth ranging in age from 18 to 22 years of age. Residents access psychological and psychiatric assessments/intervention, substance abuse intervention, HIV/AIDS education and support, life skills and vocational training and job and permanent housing placement.
