Program Description:
Transitional housing program providing 50 homeless families (comprised of approx. 100 family members) with up to 24 months of housing concurrent with Supportive Services. Clients will receive intensive case management, life skills counseling, on-site medical and mental health services, employment assistance, housing placement, on-site pre-school, and follow-up. There is a total capacity for 68 families and a total of 275 beds in total.
