Program Description:
Provides transitional housing for homeless women and their children who are disabled due to chronic substance abuse or with dual or multiple diagnosis. Clients receive a therapeutic approach to re-entry into the community by assistance in overcome substance abuse and other barriers to self-sufficiency and independent living.
