Program Description:
Penny Lane Lancaster Transitional Housing Project provides transitional housing with an independent living skills program for mentally ill, homeless youth that have been emancipated from the foster care system. Each youth will receive case management, mental health counseling, job placement and vocational/educational assistance that will allow them to transition into personal and economic self-sufficiency.
