Program Description:
Portals Selby House - The Transitional Age Youth Program provides short-term housing, case management, independent living skills training, mental health rehabilitation services including: medication support, nursing services, psychiatry services, and mental health therapy.  Eligible youth are admitted on a first come, first serve basis.
