Program Description:
Provides transitional housing to four (4) homeless families with general needs at any given point in time.  The program accepts families with multiple children and targets the Latino population of East L.A.  Project has an overall capacity of 24 beds and supports homeless families that suffer from substance abuse problems or dual diagnosis.
