Program Description:
Project Independence will provide 29 units of permanent housing to dually diagnosed men and women, combined with a full array of intensive on-site supportive services.  Participants will receive case management, mental health services, substance abuse counseling, 24-hour staffing, life skills training, tenant education, employment skills, benefits advocacy, and transportation.
