Program Description:
Permanent housing program (6 unit building/14 beds) with supportive services which serves 10 homeless individuals or 2 homeless individuals plus 4 homeless families with up to 2 children per family.  The population served are individuals/families with general needs and emancipated foster youth with mental illness.
