Program Description:
HFLF will provide permanent housing and supportive services to 14 individuals with chronic mental illness.  The housing consists of one-bedroom studio-type apartments.  Supportive services include mental health services, case management, life skills training, emergency on-call services, benefits advocacy, and transportation assistance.
