Program Description:
Will provide comprehensive supportive services to homeless persons disabled by HIV/AIDS living in permanent housing in SPA 6. Will expand services to these persons and include a work-stipend program. Program Sites 1, 2, and 3: (1) Martha Bryant Apartments at 8300 S. Hoover, Los Angeles, 90044 (2) Nyumba Apartments at 616 W. 81st Street, LA 90027, (3) Main Street New Hope Apartments at 5529 S. Main Street, LA 90037.
