Program Description:
The St. George Hotel project (formerly Union Place) provides 15 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless person living with HIV/AIDS and recovering from chronic substance abuse. These 15 units will be a part of a larger special needs housing project being developed by a partnership between Project New Hope and Skid Row Housing Trust. SHP capital funds will be used to fund a portion of the rehabilitation of these 15 units.
