Program Description:
The Project is an Access Drop-In Center providing supportive services to homeless persons in Service Planning Area (SPA) 6.  The project will provide specific comprehensive support services that are designed to assist single adults, families, substance abusers, victims of domestic violence and individuals with dual diagnosis in transitioning from homelessness to self-sufficiency and into permanent housing. The project will be an entry point into the continuum of care.  The program provides and array of supportive services at a drop-in center to assist homeless persons to obtain emergency, transitional, or permanent housing. The provider estimates 160 unduplicated persons will be served each year.
