Program Description:
Operates
a 24-hr drop-in center for homeless persons living on Skid Row in Downtown
Los Angeles, including respite 32 beds for no more than 8 hrs at a time
per participant, showers and public restrooms, information and referral
for other housing programs, and laundry facilities.
