Program Description:
Provides 24-hr emergency housing, meals and supportive services including case management, benefits advocacy, life skills training, parenting and nutrition classes, transportation, financial management, counseling and referrals to other supportive services and referrals to transitional and permanent housing. Target Population includes women, children and pregnant women.
